Refund policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 15 mins after placement, because processing starts immediately after order placement. Orders can't be cancelled during a sale. If you bought an item and you have since changed your mind, you can always edit your order by contacting us through our email. 

Refunds

Please contact us at orders@skinapt.com about refunds, we do not do returns simply because this is a skincare product.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support (orders@skinapt.com) and we will do our best to help you out!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incomplete, defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 4 days after “delivery date”, but no longer than 7 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. "Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkout.
